These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Archibuilt Expo 2025 website (https://expo.adsl.com.ng/) and your participation in the Archibuilt Expo 2025 event in Nigeria, organised by Archibuilt Development Services Limited. By accessing the website or attending the event, you agree to these terms.
1. Website Use
- Access: The website is provided for informational and registration purposes related to Archibuilt Expo 2025.
- User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the website, including hacking, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property rights.
- Content Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of website content.
2. Event Registration
- Attendee Registration: Attendance at Archibuilt Expo 2025 is free, but all attendees must register via the website or on-site. Registration is subject to availability.
- Exhibitor and Speaker Registration: Exhibitors and speakers must register via the website or on-site, subject to specific terms below.
- Exhibitor Booth Space Payment and Refund Policy:
- Payment: Full payment for booth space is required within 7 days of reservation to secure the exhibitor’s slot.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 30–60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
- Force Majeure: If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), exhibitors may receive a full refund or credit for a future event, at the discretion of Archibuilt Development Services Limited.
- Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the booth space without refund.
- Transfer: Registrations and booth reservations are non-transferable without prior approval from Archibuilt Development Services Limited.
3. Event Guidelines for Physical Attendance
- Compliance: Attendees must comply with all event guidelines, including:
- Presenting valid identification for on-site registration.
- Adhering to safety and health protocols (e.g., security checks, potential health screenings).
- Respecting venue rules, including no smoking, no unauthorised recording, and no prohibited items (e.g., weapons, alcohol).
- Conduct: Attendees must behave respectfully. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
- Photography/Video: By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
4. Liability
- Event Changes: Archibuilt Development Services Limited reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Personal Property: Attendees are responsible for their belongings. Archibuilt Development Services Limited is not liable for loss or damage.
- Health and Safety: Attendees assume risks related to attending a public event, including health risks, subject to applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website and event materials (e.g., logos, brochures) is owned by Archibuilt Development Services Limited or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. Termination
- Archibuilt Development Services Limited reserves the right to deny website access or event entry to anyone violating these terms.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
